Inspire Fitness M4 Home Multi Gym System - The ultimate hybrid home gym. The Inspire M4 Home Gym is completely iso-lateral giving the user greater freedom of movement. Each side of one’s body is responsible for exactly 50% of the load, which in turn improves muscle balance and coordination as well as develops the user’s core stabilizer muscles in the mid-section. This M4 Multi Gym is loaded with special features such as a lat tower that splits for a cable crossover exercise as well as a weight bench that rolls to the side to make the high pulley more accessible. The M4 gym also comes standard with a dual adjustable pulley column for important exercises like bicep curls and tricep extensions. This pulley column has been designed to offer a quarter pulling ratio, so that each 4.5kg weight plate offers 1.1kg of resistance. These smaller increments are important for smaller muscle groups.
