This is a weight bench for those wanting to lift some serious weight at home. As well as an all purpose bench including adjustable backrest pad (flat,incline,decline) dual leg developer/arm curl accessory and arm curl pad. The frame of the MCB880M also features lat tower, adjustable barbell supports with safety hooks, weight plate storage posts and can be used without the bench to allow for walk in squat capability.
